Most fruit infusions are based on hibiscus, rose hip, or apple –
enriched with various fruit pieces and blossoms. Whether you drink them hot or cold, they are always a delight. Fruit infusions are particularly suited to spontaneous enjoyment, as they can be prepared in advance and kept in the fridge as a cold drink.
